Day 1

Upon your arrival, our team will be present at the airport to greet you and facilitate your transfer to the designated hotel, marking the commencement of your trip. Our staff will assist you in getting comfortably settled, acquaint you with the surroundings, and provide a briefing regarding the plans and arrangements scheduled for the following day.

Day 2

We embark on our Egyptian journey with a visit to the Giza Plateau, housing Egypt’s renowned Great Pyramids, celebrated among the Seven Wonders of the ancient world by the Greeks. Our exploration encompasses the iconic Pyramids of Giza alongside the revered Sphinx. Continuing our historical voyage, we proceed to Memphis, the initial capital of the ancient kingdom, to behold the statue of Ramses II. Subsequently, we venture to Sakkara, where the Step Pyramid awaits, showcasing the evolution of pyramid construction.

Day 3

This morning, we embark on an early flight from Cairo to Luxor. Our journey kicks off with an exploration of Luxor’s West bank, commencing at the Colossi of Memnon. Continuing our expedition, we delve into the ancient Pharaonic tombs housed in the renowned Valley of the Kings. Further, we pay homage to the Temple of Queen Hatchepsut and immerse ourselves in the vibrant hieroglyphics at the Medinat Habu temple before returning to Luxor. Your afternoon offers leisure aboard your luxurious 5-star Nile cruise or an opportunity to explore the vibrant markets of Luxor. As night falls, we partake in a walking tour of the magnificent Luxor Temple, beautifully illuminated under the evening sky.

Day 4

Begin your day with an optional breathtaking sunrise hot air balloon flight over the captivating West bank of the Nile. Following breakfast, we venture into Luxor to explore the vast Karnak temple complex, renowned for its towering columns, numerous temples, and grand structures, solidifying Luxor’s status as the world’s largest open-air museum. Later, our journey continues as the boat sets sail along the Nile, passing through the Esna lock and making way towards Edfu, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 5

Following breakfast, our excursion leads us to the nearby Edfu Temple, a magnificent dedication to the god Horus. Continuing our journey upstream toward Kom Ombo, we witness the serene lifestyle of rural Egypt along the Nile’s banks. Take time to unwind with a soothing dip in the plunge pool on the boat’s sun deck. Upon reaching Kom Ombo, we explore its picturesque temple nestled along the Nile, known for housing mummified crocodiles among other fascinating relics. Our cruise then proceeds towards Aswan, promising further enchanting discoveries.

Day 6

One option this morning is to explore the remarkable temples constructed by Ramses II at the awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage site of Abu Simbel. Departing early, the aim is to witness the breathtaking sunrise over these temples. For those not opting for Abu Simbel, the morning is free for leisure.
In Aswan, our tours include a visit to the stunning island temple complex of Philae, accessed by boat. Philae Temple, relocated due to the Dam, exudes romantic charm and remains a picturesque site. Additionally, we’ll explore the impressive Aswan High Dam, a marvel built to create Lake Nasser.

Day 7

This morning, we’ll transfer to Aswan airport for a return flight to Cairo. Our Cairo tour kicks off with a visit to the famed Egyptian Museum, a repository of Egyptian antiquities. Accompanied by a certified Egyptologist, you’ll explore its halls, each showcasing a distinct historical period of this ancient civilization. The afternoon offers free time for personal exploration or an optional half-day tour. This tour includes discovering Cairo’s old churches and synagogues in Coptic Cairo, visiting the Citadel with its commanding view, and navigating the maze-like streets of the Khan-el-Khalili bazaar. Additionally, an optional dinner cruise on the Nile awaits in the evening.

Day 8

Your day is open until we arrange your transfer to the airport for your departure flight. If you’re interested, extensions are possible to prolong your tour. You could spend time by the Red Sea, embark on day trips to Alexandria, or explore the World Heritage Site of Wadi Rayan and the Valley of the Whales.
