Itinerary

Day 1: Salta, Argentina

Welcome to Salta!

We’ll transfer you from the airport to your accommodation to get all settled in.

Day 2: Salta, Argentina

Today we’ll make our way through route 68 and the Lerma Valley to Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shell’s Gorge) to see the rock formations as well as Cafayate to visit some wineries.

Day 3: Salta, Argentina - San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

Today, you’ll catch a bus to San Pedro de Atacama Bus Station.

Day 4: San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

Today, you’ll explore the Andes Mountain Range, the Great Atacama Salt Flat, San Pedro Oasis and the entire Salt Mountain Range.

Day 5: San Pedro de Atacama, Chile - Uyuni, Bolivia

Embark on the first day of your 3-day Uyuni Salt Flats & desert adventure, starting with crossing into Bolivia and visiting the Green Lagoon, Laguna Blanca, Dali Desert, and Laguna Colorada to spot flamingos.

Day 6: Uyuni, Bolivia

Discover Siloli Desert and the coloured lagoons of Laguna Honda, Chiarcota and Cañapa before heading to Chiguana salt flat and spending the night at a hotel made of salt!

Day 7: Uyuni - La Paz, Bolivia

Visit Incahuasi (Fish Island) with its giant cactus, and then the salt flats themselves – you’ll have plenty of opportunities to take lots of perspective-bending photos!

Visit a salt miners workshop in Colchani then catch your overnight bus back to La Paz in the evening.

Day 8: La Paz, Bolivia

Transfer from La Paz Bus station to your accommodation and enjoy a free day in La Paz.

Day 9: La Paz, Bolivia

Embark on an exciting city tour of La Paz and all its sights and sounds, including Jaen Colonial street, museums, Plaza Murillo, the Witches Market and much more.

Day 10: La Paz, Bolivia

Today you will check out and we’ll transfer you back across to La Paz Airport.
