Itinerary

Day 1: Santa Marta, Colombia

Arrival Day!

Day 2: Santa Marta, Colombia

Once you get to Tayrona National Park, you will enter Neguanje Bay where you will take a boat to Playa Cristal where you will spend the day on the beach.

Day 3: Santa Marta - Lost City Trek, Colombia

Today, you’ll be picked up and transferred to the small countryside town of Mamey.

After lunch, you’ll begin your trek to the exciting Lost City!

Today, you’ll trek for 3 hours and enjoy a meal by candlelight when you reach camp.

Day 4: Lost City Trek, Colombia

After an early breakfast, you’ll walk by the riverside of Buritaca River.

Our trek during the day will take about 7 hours going through the jungle of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.

Day 5: Lost City Trek, Colombia

Today, you’ll begin the climb up 1,200 steps to our main destination – the beautiful Lost City!

You’ll hear about this magical place from your guide, and enjoy the landscapes and relax.

Finally, you’ll return to Camp 3 for lunch, and head back to Camp 2 for the night.

Day 6: Lost City Trek, Colombia

Today, you’ll make your way back through the jungle to reach Camp 1.

Day 7: Lost City Trek - Santa Marta, Colombia

Enjoy breakfast and make your way back to the starting point, stopping at rivers and waterfalls to have refreshing breaks.

You’ll reach El Mamey for lunch and transferred back to Santa Marta arriving around 17:00hrs.

Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 8: Santa Marta, Colombia

Wake up and enjoy breakfast before you check out of your accommodation.

We’ll transfer you to the airport in time for your flight out.
