Business Development Coordinator

We are currently looking for a dynamic marketing person with a love for travel to join our team as our next Business Development Coordinator.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Coordinator, located in Brisbane, QLD. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing market trends, writing proposals, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves developing and maintaining relationships with travel agents and suppliers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team with various tasks.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for travel? We’re seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for visiting travel agents, promoting our exciting travel products and tailored FIT itineraries, and arranging engaging agent trade events. The ideal candidate will be based in the South East parts of Australia and possess the ability to travel regularly. You will need to have at least 3 years experience in the travel industry and extensive personal travel experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a love of all things travel and a proven track record in business development, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

– Previous experience in the travel industry is beneficial

– Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience

– Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

– Extensive personal travel experience.

– Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers

– Proficiency in using various software and tools for data analysis and communication

– Available to start from mid June 2026
