Itinerary

Day 1: Mexico City - Iztaccíhuatl, Mexico

The experience begins in Mexico City, where we will meet to leave for the Izta-Popo National Park.

In La Joya we will set up camp, we will eat, we will have a small gathering, but above all, we will use the day to give you technical talks, check your equipment, as well as we will take an acclimatisation walk.

Finally, we will go to sleep around 6:00 pm, to get up at 12:00 am to carry out this experience.

Day 2: Iztaccíhuatl - Mexico City, Mexico

The adventure begins at midnight, where we will prepare for the ascent.

You will walk through its three gates, to arrive shortly before dawn at the 5k refuge, where we will take a breath to continue climbing the knee of this magical woman.

Once you reach the top of the knee, and after crossing the glacier and the navel ridges, we will arrive at 5250m above sea level, where the summit of this mountain is located.

Get ready to start your journey back home at around 17:00.
