Itinerary

Day 1: Cuzco - Puerto Maldonado, Peru

After a day at leisure in Cuzco, we’ll pick you up to bring you to the local bus station where you’ll catch your overnight bus to Puerto Maldonado.

Day 2: Puerto Maldonado - Amazon, Peru

Take a motorized canoe to your Amazon lodge and head out to explore jungle trails between the roots of towering trees.

Tonight, you’ll embark on a river night watch.

Day 3: Amazon, Peru

Explore the exhilarating Canopy Walkway in the morning.

Later, you’ll visit an uninhabited river island close to the lodge to spot rare birds.

Day 4: Amazon, Peru

Discover the Amazon’s otherworldly wetlands, then visit an organic bio-orchard to discover many of the rainforest’s tropical plants up-close.

You’ll then visit the Palmetum before going for an exciting night walk.

Day 5: Amazon - Cuzco, Peru

After breakfast, you’ll take the boat back to the city to pick you up your main baggage.

At night, you will board the overnight bus back to Cuzco.

Day 6: Cuzco, Peru

You’ll then arrive in Cuzco at around 7:00am.
