Itinerary

Day 1: Cuzco - Puerto Maldonado, Peru

After a day at leisure in Cuzco, we’ll pick you up to bring you to the local bus station where you’ll catch your overnight bus to Puerto Maldonado.

Day 2: Puerto Maldonado - Amazon, Peru

Arrive in Puerto Maldonado at around 7:00am and take a motorized canoe to cruise deep into the jungle to your lodge.

Take an orientation walk and settle in to the peaceful sounds of nature.

Day 3: Amazon, Peru

Get ready for an unforgettable day exploring the depths of the jungle!

Set out on a half-day trek guided by local experts on the area’s flora and fauna and spot amazing wildlife.

Tonight, you’ll take a jungle walk to spot its nocturnal inhabitants.

Day 4: Amazon, Peru

Today, you’ll continue exploring the Amazon.

With your local guide, you’ll coordinate the activities for the day.

Day 5: Amazon - Cuzco, Peru

After breakfast, you’ll take the boat back to the city to pick you up your main baggage.

At night, you will board the overnight bus back to Cuzco.

Day 6: Cuzco, Peru

You’ll then arrive in Cuzco at around 7:00am.
