Day 1: Santiago, Chile

Fully experience Santiago’s vivid personality on bicycle by riding through the lively streets, markets and plazas of the city centre to learn about the country’s history through the eyes and ears of a local.

Day 2: Valparaiso, Chile

Transfer from Santiago to Valparaiso.

Day 3: La Serena, Chile

Transfer from Valparaiso to La Serena.

Day 4: Calama, Chile

Transfer from La Serena to Calama.

Day 5: San Pedro de Atacama, Chile

Transfer from Calama to San Pedro de Atacama.

Day 6: Uyuni Salt Flats, Bolivia

Leave Chile for the stunning salt flats, passing through the Dali Desert, Green Lagoon and Laguna Blanca.

Day 7: Uyuni Salt Flats, Bolivia

Pass by the Siloli Desert, take a photo next to a huge lava rock formation in the shape of a tree.

Continue on to high plain lagoons also known as coloured lagoons, and spend the night at a Salt Hotel.

You will be picked up at your accommodation/meeting point for your shuttle transfer to Copacabana, where you’ll be dropped off at your next accommodation/meeting point.

Day 13: Puno, Peru

Transfer from Copacabana to Puno.

Day 14: Puno, Peru

Visit Taquile Island where you will encounter an indigenous community that has conserved its original traditions and organization.

In addition make a stop at the famous Uros reed islands.

Day 15: Cuzco, Peru

Transfer from Puno to Cuzco.

Transfer from Cuzco to Arequipa.

Enjoy a free day to experience on your own.

Day 20: Arequipa, Peru

Observe giant Andean condors and vicuña, colourful traditions and music.

Get a taste for the unique flavours of the region by enjoying Andean cuisine and opt to relax in the hot springs in Chivay before returning to Arequipa by way of the Patapampa scenic overlook.

Day 21: Arequipa, Peru

Transfer from Arequipa to Nazca.

Day 22: Ica, Peru

Transfer from Nazca to Ica.

Day 23: Huacachina, Peru

Cruise to the top of 500 meter high sand dunes and go rocketing down the slopes in a sand buggy.

Let go of your fears and sandboard down the steep sandy slopes with a few pointers from your local guide.

Admire the breath-taking sunset over the vast desert landscape and take photos in the golden twilight before racing back to Huacachina.

Day 24: Paracas, Peru

Transfer from Ica to Paracas.

Day 25: Paracas, Peru

Take a boat tour to see the impressive Candelabra geoglyph, Peruvian boobies, Humboldt penguins and abundant marine life at the Ballestas Islands archipelago.

Day 26: Lima, Peru

Transfer from Paracas to Lima.

Day 27: Lima, Peru

Bike through Lima in a fun and active way to explore the city’s enclaves while getting a sense of local character that’s all too easily missed when touring by car.
