Day 1: Vancouver Arrival

Day 2: Vancouver City Tour & Capilano Suspension Bridge

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

Today, set off on tours of Stanley Park, Granville Island & Capilano Bridge, visiting city landmarks, architecture, and historic areas on this guided tour across Vancouver.

Take the exhilarating trip across the Capilano Suspension Bridge and follow the Cliffwalk through the treetops before returning city centre through scenic Stanley Park.

Your tour begins with city centre highlights like Canada Place, home of the 2010 Olympic Cauldron.

Wind through impressive modern and historic architecture, past the Arts and Financial districts and the fashion mecca of Robson Street.

Enter 1,000-acre (400-ha) Stanley Park for scenic drive through the park.

Next, head to North Vancouver and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. On foot, cross the 450-foot (140-m) bridge over a spectacular canyon to the Treetops Adventure walkways in the canopy of the trees. Step out onto the spectacular Cliffwalk to gaze out over towering cedars and the Capilano River winding through the valley far below.

Drive along the sandy shores of English Bay to Granville Island. In Granville’s Public Market, you can find all things artisan, local, and handmade, including delicious food, eclectic artwork, and West Coast music. Pick up some fine charcuterie, aged cheese, or wine-soaked cherries.

Travel through bustling Chinatown and historic Gastown to see the world-famous Steam Clock before returning to city centre.

Day 3: Day Trip from Vancouver to Victoria & Butchart Gardens

On a full day tour, you will get to view the spectacular British Columbia coastline by land and ship.

The colourful and impeccably maintained Butchart Gardens is your first stop en route to the city of Victoria for leisure time.

Board a BC Ferries vessel for a 90-minute sail through the serene beauty of the Gulf Islands to Victoria. Marine wildlife sightings from the outdoor ship decks are common—especially eagles, sea lions, and even whales.

Arrive at Schwartz Bay Ferry Terminal on Vancouver Island and continue to the enchanting botanical paradise of Butchart Gardens.

The gardens provide an array of colours for much of the year. During the summer, special lighting subtly illuminates them, often accompanied by musical entertainment on the Concert Lawn. Also, take time to enjoy the massive Sunken Garden, complete with its dancing fountain.

The city of Victoria boasts many impressive architectural wonders, including the iconic Parliament Buildings and the waterfront hotel, The Fairmont Empress. See these landmarks as you drive the scenic route into the city and arrive at the Inner Harbour, boasting prime ocean views. Your guide tells you about the city’s history and attractions, such as the Royal BC Museum, before you disembark the bus for some free time.

Visit the unique shops and artisan cafés of Government Street and Chinatown.
